Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using PRO AID to book services.

Welcome to PRO AID. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PRO AID platform as a customer. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the PRO AID platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
PRO AID is a platform that connects customers with qualified service technicians. We facilitate the booking and coordination of services but are not responsible for the actual services provided. The technician acts as an independent contractor.
- We provide a digital marketplace to browse available services
- We facilitate communication between customers and technicians
- We process payments through secure payment gateways
- We handle dispute resolution between parties
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- You must be at least 18 years old
- All information provided must be truthful and accurate
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are liable for all activities that occur under your account
Account Termination
PRO AID reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Booking and Payments
Service Booking
When you book a service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate service address and contact information
- Be available at the scheduled time and location
- Allow technician access to perform the service
- Provide detailed service description and access instructions
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is displayed before you confirm your booking. All payments must be completed through our secure payment system.
- Prices are in USD unless specified otherwise
- Service charges are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy
- Taxes and additional fees are included in the displayed price
- Payment must be completed before the service appointment
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before: Full refund
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: No refund
- Technician-initiated cancellations: Full refund to customer
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide safe and legal access to the service location
- Ensure someone is present at the scheduled appointment
- Treat technicians with respect and courtesy
- Not engage in illegal activities or request illegal services
- Provide accurate information about service requirements
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Report any unsafe conditions at the service location
6. Ratings and Reviews
Customers may rate and review technicians. We require that all reviews be:
- Truthful and based on actual service experience
- Free from defamatory, false, or misleading statements
- Free from offensive language or harassment
- Not advertisements or promotional content
PRO AID reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines or contain false information.
7. Limitation of Liability
PRO AID is not responsible for:
- The quality, reliability, or legality of services provided by technicians
- Any damage to your property caused by technicians
- Any injury or harm to persons at the service location
- Any disputes or conflicts between you and the technician
- Interruptions in service or technical issues with the platform
- Lost or stolen items during service visits
IN NO EVENT SHALL PROAID BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with a technician or regarding a service:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of the service completion
- Provide photographic evidence and detailed description of the problem
- Allow 5-7 business days for our investigation
- Accept our determination as binding within 30 days
Mediation
If you cannot resolve a dispute with PRO AID, you agree to participate in mandatory mediation before pursuing litigation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the PRO AID platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PRO AID or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
10. Modifications to Terms
PRO AID reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or posted on the platform.
- Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms
- We recommend reviewing these terms periodically
- Changes take effect immediately upon posting
